Executive Director

(651) 789-0787

Joanna Schnedler has been active in the Minnesota theater community for over 18 years, with experience ranging from small start-ups to major performance venues. Initially a Stage Manager, Joanna worked for a variety of Minnesota theaters and opera companies, and was a member of Actors Equity Association. Joanna has been involved with Minnesota theaters as a board member, business manager, director, technician, costumer designer, properties designer, and in box office/front of house roles, including eight years with Theatre de la Jeune Lune as Performance Manager.

When not working in theater, Joanna’s focus has been in fund development for nonprofit social service and social enterprise organizations. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music and Theater Arts from Simpson College, a Master of Arts in Nonprofit Management and a Master of Business Administration from Hamline University. In recent years, Joanna held the position of General Manager for the Fitzgerald Theater in downtown St. Paul, managing the business operations for this major performing arts and public radio venue, and most recently worked in a consulting role at the Fitzgerald, with finance/budgeting, fundraising and historic preservation projects.

Hannah K. Holman
Program Manager

(651) 789-0787

Hannah K. Holman is a collaborative theater maker and arts administrator deeply invested in arts-inspired conversation, community, and connection. She holds a BA in theater and music from Concordia College (Moorhead, MN)—where she caught the new work bug! Hannah recently worked as the Associate Managing Director for The Loft Literary Center, and as a creative consultant specializing in evaluation, grantwriting, strategic planning, and event management for small to mid-sized arts organizations, as well as individual artists.

As an artist, Hannah creates physical playgrounds and poetic landscapes through group movement and text exploration to unearth who we are, how we are, where we come from, and how we connect with each other. She has created a number of original performance projects in addition to her work performing, writing, directing, and being the Managing Director for Savage Umbrella. Hannah has worked in a variety of capacities with many performing arts organizations including Cantus Vocal Ensemble, Theater B, The Fargo Moorhead Community Theater, Intermedia Arts, The Jungle Theater, Theater Latte Da, Patrick's Cabaret, Pillsbury House Theater, Skewed Visions, The Southern Theater, Spitting Image Collective, and more.

Having called Minnesota home all her life, Hannah is excited to continue working to strengthen connections, resources, and opportunities for learning in this inspiring theater community.

Pogi Sumangil Pogi Sumangil
Administrative Assistant

(651) 789-0787

Eric “Pogi” Sumangil has been one of the most often mispronounced names in the Twin Cities theater community for the last 15 years. A native Minneapolitan, he is an Equity actor, playwright, teaching artist, and part-time hand model. He recently worked as a Presenter/Educator for Catharsis Productions, leading Sexual Assault Prevention trainings for the military and at colleges & universities. He is a two-time Many Voices Fellow, co-founder of The Unit Collective, founder of The Barkada Theater Project, a recipient of the Fil-Minnesotan Association’s Excellence in the Arts award, and once ate a 3 lb. steak in under an hour to get his name on a plaque at a steakhouse.
